As one of the few academies in the state offering this unique art, we are dedicated to preserving its rich cultural heritage while empowering students with effective, real-world skills.
Filipino Martial Arts (FMA)
FMA is a comprehensive martial art that encompasses the following
- Empty-Hand Striking: Powerful and precise techniques for self-defense.
- Weapons Training: Mastery of single and double sticks, knives, and bolos (small swords).
- Locks and Breaks: Advanced joint manipulation and disarming techniques.

Cardio Kickboxing

We believe in movement with a purpose. Whether it is movement with our bodies, movement with our minds, or movement with our breathe – the mission is to experience lasting change through movement.
Cheer and Tumbling

Basic Tumbling: Focuses on developing fundamental skills such as handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs, which are essential for more advanced routines in cheerleading.

Intermediate Tumbling: backhand springs, back-tucks, aerials, and more.

Stunting: Involves safely propelling team members into the air, typically requiring teamwork and precision to execute lifts and throws without injury.

Choreographed Routines: Students learn pre-set routines that include elements of cheers, jumps, and dance movements, promoting teamwork and performance skills in front of an audience.
Yoga for everyone
Power Yoga: Focuses on strength-building postures and sequences, enhancing cardiovascular fitness through rapid pace.
Yin Yoga: Targets connective tissues and deeper muscle layers, improves circulation and joint mobility with long holds in passive postures.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Links breath with movement, creating a synchronized flow between postures; promotes flexibility, balance, and mental focus while enhancing cardiovascular health.
- Pound Unplugged: A fitness and dance-based workout Ripsticks® to hit cushioned strikes on a sound pad, blending elements of fitness and music for an enjoyable, energetic alternative to traditional martial arts or kickboxing.
