At Marlow Martial Arts, we are proud to teach the rare and dynamic discipline of Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) to Oklahoma. As one of the few academies in the state offering this unique art, we are dedicated to preserving its rich cultural heritage while empowering students with effective, real-world skills.

We also have solid Striking (Boxing/Kickboxing) and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Nogi grappling based on self defense) programs .  

Filipino Martial Arts (FMA)

FMA is a comprehensive martial art that encompasses the following...

Outlaw Jiu Jitsu

Outlaw Jiu Jitsu teaches the art of control, confidence, and composure

  • Build Real-World Confidence: Learn practical self-defense techniques rooted in leverage, balance, and strategy.

  • Full-Body Fitness: Improve flexibility, endurance, and coordination through dynamic ground-based training.

  • Mindset of Discipline: Develop focus, patience, and respect both on and off the mat through consistent practice and community.

  • No Gi: No gi is generally faster, more explosive, and involves more body control. No Gi is considered the real-world, modern self-defense of grappling. 

Outlaw Striking

Well-rounded, Adaptable, and Broadly Practical for Most Situations

  • Well-Rounded Curriculum: Integrates striking, and weapon-based techniques from the principles of Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) and kickboxing/boxing, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience that prepares students for various real-world scenarios.

  • Fluid, Flowy Movements: The Striking curriculum focuses on developing fluid and adaptable combat movements that cater to different situations, allowing students to respond effectively regardless of the context or opponent’s tactics during a fight.

Movement Focused

We believe in movement with a purpose. Whether it is movement with our bodies, movement with our minds, or movement with our breathe – the mission is to experience lasting change through movement.

Cheer and Tumbling

  • Toddler Tumbling: Beginner tumbling program for 18-month to 3-year-olds. Designed to introduce tumbling and movement in a fun and controlled environment. Parent involvement is encouraged.

  • Basic Tumbling: Focuses on developing fundamental skills such as handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs, which are essential for more advanced routines in cheerleading.

  • Intermediate Tumbling: backhand springs, back-tucks, aerials, and more.

  • Stunting: Involves safely propelling team members into the air, typically requiring teamwork and precision to execute lifts and throws without injury.

  • Character Development: Daily lessons, discussions, and activities encourage respect, responsibility, and teamwork.
  •  Engaging Activities: Offers diverse activities like tumbling, batting cage, freeplay, creative games, music, and outside play to keep students actively engaged.
  • Physical Education: Ensures daily exercise and well-being through a P.E.-integrated program, promoting fun and healthy lifestyles.
