Marlow Batting Club Waiver and Terms of Service (Non-VIP)
Before booking a batting cage rental at Marlow Batting Club, please read these terms carefully.
1. Booking Confirmation By booking the Marlow Batting Club batting cage, you confirm that you have read and understood our rules and procedures found on our website. You also agree that you have shared these rules with any participating individual who may accompany you inside the facility.
2. Cancellation Policy Refunds are only processed if you cancel your cage booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
3. Liability Waiver You understand that participating in activities at Marlow Batting Club involves risks, including the potential for personal injury. You and any individual accompanying you into the facility agree to hold harmless, release, indemnify, and forever discharge Marlow Batting Club, Marlow Martial Arts Acedemy, its officers, directors, employees, instructors, agents, and authorized representatives from any liability related to your participation. The booking party is solely responsible for any individuals allowed into the facility during the rental period.
4. Booking Changes Marlow Batting Club reserves the right to cancel or change bookings without notice. If we must cancel a booking, we will process a refund within 30 days or issue a credit for a future booking.
5. Compliance with Laws This agreement is governed by the laws of Oklahoma. Any disputes or actions arising from this contract will be held in the same county as our business address.
6. Your Compliance You agree to fully comply with all terms and conditions, as well as Marlow Batting Club’s rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or cancellation without refunds or credits.
7. Attorneys’ Fees In case of default, you agree to pay all costs of collection, including agency fees and attorney’s fees. If a suit is filed, venue will be the same county as our business address.
8. Payment Processing We utilize third-party payment processing for purchases. Any wrongful payments collected by us are limited to the amount collected. You agree not to dispute charges with your credit/debit card company and approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt of notice.
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the conditions set forth in this agreement.
Oklahoma Yoga Batting Cage: 1-Hour Rental Rules & Info
Here are some rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone at our batting cages:
- Safety First:
- Helmets Required: Helmets MUST be worn by all batters inside the tunnels at all times. You’ll need to bring your own helmet and bat!
- No Food or Drink: Please refrain from bringing food or drink into the training areas. This helps maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Gums and Seeds Prohibited: No gum or seeds of any kind are allowed inside the cages for safety reasons.
- Respecting Equipment: All balls must be picked up and returned to their proper place after use. No hanging or pulling on the nets.
- Appropriate Footwear: Wear comfortable shoes that don’t have cleats.
- Supervision & Responsibility:
- Adults Must Supervise Youth: Adults are responsible for the actions of any youth in the training area.
- No Drugs, Alcohol, Smoking or Vaping: No person under the influence of drugs or alcohol is permitted to use the batting cages.
- Environment & Etiquette:
- Family Friendly Atmosphere: Let’s keep it fun and friendly! Please refrain from profanity, vulgar language, or gestures in the training areas. Keep your music at a respectful volume and avoid anything explicit.
- No Unauthorized Items/Touching: Lockers are for our coaches only.
- Respecting Others & Property:
- Music Sharing: You can connect your music to the bluetooth speaker, but keep the sound to a respectful volume. Heavy metal or explicit lyrics aren’t a good fit here!
Remember: These rules help ensure everyone enjoys their time at the batting cages and keeps our facilities safe and clean!
